As such, we partner with our clients on a retained basis where a portion of the fee is paid at the beginning of the search. Many firms require fees that are paid based on time intervals and are due well before the conclusion of the search, regardless of success. The Angus Group’s clients only pay the remainder of the fee when the selected candidate begins working with the organization, tying our success to your success.
