Since our founding by Tom Angus in 1967, we’ve served the local and national markets and developed a reputation for effectively helping our clients recruit the best talent to fit their organizations. The Angus Group’s mission and dedication have formed the foundation of a successful run that has lasted for more than 50 years.  Staying focused on our core values has been the key and will continue to guide us through the next 50 years.  Our President, Dave Hartig, joined the firm in 1989 and continues that same mission to this day.  We concentrate on building long-term relationships, results-based solutions, and enhancing the lives and improving the effectiveness of our clients and candidates.  While this approach takes more time and effort than the common transactional model of sending volumes of resumes, this type of commitment is why we enjoy a high rate of repeat engagements.  Clients recognize the value offered by partnering with a professional search team to help ensure the success of their business.
