Joe joined The Angus Group in 1997 and specializes in accounting/finance, financial sales, non-profit/fund development, and human resources. Joe’s early career was spent with an international consumer package goods company, first in the financial area working up to Controller and finally as VP of Human Resources for the final 10 years.

Joe has been involved with the Ohio Foundation of Independent Colleges as Ambassador, The Cincinnati Board of Junior Achievement, and the Cincinnati Youth Collaborative as well as previously serving on the Board of Advisors of The University of Cincinnati School of Nursing. He also volunteers at the Cincinnati Association for the Blind, Radio Reading Services and is active in the North Bend community.
Joe has both Liberal Arts and M.B.A degrees from Xavier University. He is married with three grown children. For recreation, Joe golfs and reads.
