Our Client, a manufacturer of products sold through big box retailers, is seeking a Product Specialist, Retail Division. 

As the Product Specialist you will:

• Implement the key business initiatives for all new and existing company products for the Retail Division.
• Work closely with various departments to ensure timely and accurate introductions of Products, Point of Purchase and Merchandising materials.
• Sales Team
• Marketing
• Product Management
• Engineering
• Global Purchasing Supply
• Interact with functional areas to commercialize new products for existing and new markets.
• Assist Director with new product submissions and new product development process.
• Utilize information received by our research department to determine product requirements.
• Provide sales support materials (presentations, price sheets, competitive analysis etc).

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business
• 2-5 years of Product Specialist experience
• Minimal travel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Solid grammar, verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter who functions well within a team environment
• Solid deductive reasoning and problem solving skills
• Detailed oriented, organized and passionate
• New product launch experience.
