Description:
Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative factual information from a variety of sources through the use of questionnaires, electronic data, and in-depth interviews. This research ultimately leads to discovering and defining new products for end-users and channels that are not currently served.
Key Responsibilities:
- Discover new Market Opportunities that are either not served well today or are new and emerging trends.
- Research potential Market Opportunities to determine viability.
- Define product and market strategies to deliver new Growth Opportunities.
- Writing, conducting and compiling surveys and questionnaires (either direct or electronically).
- Present ideas to Management for review.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet Research Tools.
- Solid grammar, verbal and written communication skills.
- A Self-starter who functions well within a team environment.
- Solid deductive reasoning and problem solving skills.
- Detailed oriented, organized and passionate.
- Some travel required (Domestic travel to different market locations; attend Focus Groups etc).
- Bachelors degree in Market Research or similar.
- 2-5 years of marketing research experience in CPG.
