Job Title - Vice President Sales and Marketing

Description:

Our client is a profitable and steadily growing manufacturer of specialty equipment sold to process industries internationally.  We seek a person with a particularly strong marketing exposure in the background to include proven experience developing new channels and interfacing heavily with product development.  This position will lead a sales organization of approximately 9 people with 2 direct reports. 

Desired qualifications include:

•          5+ years leading a sales / marketing team in an industrial product market.
•          Significant marketing experience, perhaps as a product manager or marketing manager along the career path
•          Ability to lead a sales organization dealing with distributors, OEM  and direct accounts in various industries
•          Experience developing new sales channels and applications which lead to continued sales growth
•          BS degree required, MBA preferred.
