North American Sales and Marketing Manager

Description:

 Our client is an international medical device manufacturer seeking a sales manager to grow the business in the United States and Canada.  The primary focus of this position will be to select and appoint additional distribution in key geographic areas or within specialty market served to increase product market share and support this network with effective marketing programs.  These distributors will require dedicated marketing support, training, and sales management from this position to develop continuing sales growth.  The company enjoys a well established product line and reputation.

Required experience includes:

• Sales management background with proven experience improving market share through a distributor network.

• Ability to develop and implement marketing and sales strategies consistent with the overall objectives of the business.

• Ability to perform market analysis and appoint appropriate distributors to gain maximum sales results.

• Knowledge of the medical device marketplace.

• Proven successful experience managing the multiple dimensions of marketing and sales management concurrently.
