This position is designed to foster HR innovation. You will serve as the strategic partner to leadership in all areas of talent management processes to include recruiting, performance management, succession planning, training and development, workforce planning, employee engagement and role clarity.

 

We are seeking an exceptional candidate who has recent Fortune 500 experience in this arena.  We need someone who has “best practices” in HR leadership including:
