Our client is a 1B international conglomerate comprised of a group of leading machine tool and systems companies serving the durable goods industry.  Utilizing a comprehensive line of equipment and technologies, in combination with diverse process engineering knowledge, our client provides tailored manufacturing solutions to key industrial sectors across the globe.

Our client has a large portfolio of highly recognized and well respected brands.  With manufacturing operations in the United States, Germany, China, Korea, Brazil, France and the United Kingdom, the companies of our clients rank 5th in revenues in the global metal-working market.

This company is in need of a seasoned financial analyst for their North American headquarters office in Northern Kentucky.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for all general ledger accounting.
• Responsible for financial reporting on a monthly basis to several different divisions of the company.
• Prepares all annual budgets including payroll calculations.
• Holds monthly meetings with senior level division heads to review budget versus actual performance.
• Serves as corporate liaison for all fixed asset issues.
• Coordinates and prepares all year end reporting including all corporate tax reporting.

Requirements:

• Must have BS Degree.  Prefer CPA and/or MBA.
• Minimum 5 years experience in financial analysis role.  Prefer manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work independently and confidently in a very large company.  Will communicate with 20+ different business units across the country.
• Must have a “take charge” work style.  Job is a very high visibility role where several senior level managers are dependent on a quick translation of financial data into recommendations for enhancing operations profitability
• Hyperion exposure preferred, SAP a plus.
