District Manager

Location:  Greater Philadelphia area

 

Salary: to $80,000 base plus bonus to 60%

 

Description:

 Our client is a high growth supplier of powered equipment repair services.  We seek a District Manager to lead 3 or 4 service centers in different geographic territories in the United States. 

The District Manager is responsible for:

 

  • Profitable unit volume growth to meet/exceed expectations
  • Overall Operating Income achievement
  • Interview, hire and select Service Center Managers
  • Coach, educate and develop operations staff
  • Policy and Procedure development, roll out and enforcement
  • Give direction to team members as required, as well as have direct involvement in resolving customer service issues.
  • Safety compliance and awareness
  • Developing and monitoring key metrics for Service Center performance
  • Achieve / Exceed Customer Service objectives
  • Engagement with all Service Center employees
  • Succession plan development

                

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor level degree and 5 years of prior multi location management experience in a service industry, with past P & L responsibility for the operation.  Travel will average 50% in this position.
