Super community bank with an established commercial loan portfolio in Southeast, IN needs a commercial lender to join their team to do calling and business development to enhance the presence of this well-known bank in the local market.  The bank’s reputation as a locally managed commercial banking team is already well established.  The bank provides local lenders with the autonomy and flexibility to successfully compete in the local market and provide top-notch products and services to local clients. 

Additionally, this bank is uniquely committed to the growth and development of their employees.  Strong emphasis on employee career planning.  They have a long-term perspective, which is a welcome change from most banks today that operate on a very short term quarter-to-quarter basis.  Salaries, bonus and benefits are very competitive.

Position requires 5+ years commercial calling experience with exposure to marketing to companies 1-10M in revenues.  Candidates must have exceptional credit skills as well as solid client development and retention track record.  Open to relo but prefer “A” candidate with Southeast, IN ties.  Our client will only look at candidates who are passionate about building relationships in the local business community.  Individuals must be very adept at “working” community centers of influence.
